  No visible signage for the event, no dance floor for a concert/music show (Babba - a dance floor is definitely needed), we were told by staff it was finishing at midnight but it wrapped up at 11.15 and staff evicted everyone within 10 minutes so we had to wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes for our pre-arranged midnight transport. Only one of the two bars in the room was open and was under staffed so there was a large queue to get drinks. Overall would not go here again.

  The venue is nice and the kids room is what brings us in. The food is below average and not cheap. We've eaten there a few times and it has genuinely gotten worse each time. After the most recent time we definitely won't give the food another chance; on a quiet Monday night we had to wait for ages only to be served burnt food (that was somehow cold as well) and an incorrect meal that took a very long time to be replaced without any mention of an apology. I think the fact that the receipt had the correct order on it clearly signals that the kitchen made a mistake.
  The staff are friendly though; good place to have a beer and that's about it.
